Technical Data Administrator (Maintenance Southern)

Poole GBP24.8k - GBP29k per annum (Dependent on skills and qualifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Data Administrator in Southern Maintenance, reporting to the Pipeline Data Compliance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Processing requests from external parties planning to work near our high pressure (HP) pipelines.
  2. Managing these requests on our HP third-party works enquiry system to ensure safety.
  3. Supporting administration for our HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.

Communication duties:

  1. Liaising with operational colleagues and distributing work.
  2. Updating external stakeholders via the system or other communication methods.

Additional tasks:

  1. Maintaining records and reports to support the team.
  2. Performing general office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
