What You'll Do

  1. Advise end users on best practices when using Veeva’s applications
  2. Identify and resolve client issues associated with Veeva’s applications
  3. Build strong and professional relationships with all users of Veeva’s applications
  4. Provide recommendations/feedback on client service improvements and product development
  5. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism with customers and coworkers
  6. Maintain accurate records of all email/telephone/chat correspondence related to the role
Requirements
  1. 1+ year relevant experience in a customer service role
  2. Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
  3. Professional telephone manner
  4. Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French, English)
  6. Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs, and articulate potential solutions
