About the role

Join our customer support team in Brighton where you will be the first point of contact providing advice and technical support to our UK and German customers. Our incredible product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands on with our products and technology from day one.

  1. Delivering accurate technical product support to our German and UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
  2. Handling any sales or returns process requests.
  3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving installation issues in a timely manner.
  4. Working closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.

What are we looking for?

  1. Fluent in speaking and writing German.
  2. Passionate about providing first class customer service and eager to learn a diverse product range.
  3. Confidently communicate with customers about our products and technology.
