The role
The Technical Implementation Manager will be skilfully managing and effectively communicating through planning processes, technical integrations with partners, user acceptance testing and system rollout.
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be working in partnership with the Sales, Operations and Technology departments providing oversight, governance and control for client implementations. This role is responsible for the successful onboarding of Proximity’s enterprise customers, as well as ensuring the customer has developed a solid understanding of the company platform and offerings and its application to the customer’s environments.
