The Role:

As a Technical CRM Manager (HTML & JavaScript), you'll be responsible for bringing innovative

communication and customer experience solutions to life, leveraging your expertise in HTML and JavaScript.

Using our Braze platform, you'll create personalised, dynamic experiences for our customers across email, in-app message, and other communication channels.

You'll collaborate closely with the Customer Management, Customer Success and Loyalty teams to bring their engagement strategies to life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication development: Use HTML and JavaScript to build dynamic, engaging, and personalized communications. This includes optimisation of our Launch to Rewards gamification programme
  • Innovation: Bring new and creative ideas to the table to help develop cutting-edge engagement solutions
  • Campaign execution: Work closely with the Customer Management, Customer Success and Loyalty teams to transform their ideas to life, ensuring that all builds align with campaign goals and customer experience standards
  • Optimisation & testing: Continuously monitor, test, and optimise communication solutions, ensuring each campaign delivers maximum impact
