Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to operational, supplier and customer enquiries.
• Support Technical Manager in delivering food safety and compliance objectives.
• Ensure daily activities comply with food safety legislation and SOPs.
• Carry out site inspections and housekeeping to maintain standards.
• Coordinate non-conformances and follow up corrective actions.
• Assist in audits and ongoing compliance activities.
• Maintain documentation and records for production activities.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and admin support to the technical function.
