Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, food ingredients or related sector.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety and quality systems.
• Knowledge of BRCGS standards with audit experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day quality checks and inspections on site.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Monitor CCPs and ensure HACCP procedures are followed.
• Support internal and external audits, including BRCGS.
• Handle customer technical enquiries and support product compliance.
• Coordinate development samples and customer projects with the team.
