Job description

POSITION: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR ( CONTRACT)

LOCATION: NEW MILTON

SALARY: £60,000 – £65,000

We are looking for a qualified technical coordinator who has experience of working within an architectural/design environment in residential housing for a fixed term 7 month contract. You will have need to have experience of civils for this role.

As technical coordinator and part of the technical team, you will help achieve the departments operating responsibilities for all stages of the design process including statutory approvals. You will also optimise the scope and requirements of the project providing cost effective and technically accurate design solutions to maximise return on investment. You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar. A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.
