Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading contractor who are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join the legacy works team. The £1 Billion turnover contractor is expanding the team as they take on more work in a prevalent part of today's market. The Technical Coordinator will look after schemes across London and will be required to be office-based when not travelling to sites. You will be joining a growing team and given the opportunity to develop within the residential contracting market.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams, and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement, and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost-effectiveness, and buildability of the design.
Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing consultant's detail design drawings and subcontractor designs.
Coordinating consultants and their deliverables, driving a high standard.
Ensuring that designs comply with the Company's standards.
Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints.

Salary & Package:
