Are you an experienced Technical Coordinator seeking a challenging new role with an award-winning Developer working on Major Residential Developments? We have a new role for you!

About the role of the Technical Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned developer and play a key role in new major residential developments in the south.

Responsibilities for the Technical Coordinator

  • Coordinate technical aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations and company standards
  • Liaise with Architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem solving
  • Review and approve technical drawings and documentation
  • Ensure that all materials, resources and design elements are aligned with project requirements and budget
  • Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are maintained through the project

Requirements for the Technical Coordinator

  • Experience working in a Design / Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
  • Previous experience working on residential developments
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, quality standards and H&S
