OPPORTUNITY FOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR or ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIANS / ARCHITECTS OR DESIGN ENGINEERS TO TRANSFER EXPERIENCE TO MAIN CONTRACTOR:

ROLE: Preconstruction Manager / Preconstruction Design Manager or Assistant Preconstruction Manager – Northamptonshire + some remote work.

-Student Accommodation, PRS & Hotel Projects.

My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Preconstruction Design Manager to tenderon a range of Student Accommodation, PRS and Hotel projects. (Previous experience in the residential sector is not essential).


REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Preconstruction Manager / Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
- Ideally previous experience on PRS, Hotels and Student Accommodation projects.

-Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects
- Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

LOCATION: Northamptonshire office, with some remote work also available.
