What you will do

The Technical Coordinator is a full-time role within the verification team. Your responsibilities include verifying mechanical sprinkler service paperwork to ensure ongoing compliance with our LPS 1048 Accreditation.

You will participate in operational Teams meetings to discuss verification failures and collaborate with team managers to implement proactive measures for continuous compliance improvement.

Building strong relationships with operational service teams will enable you to influence others, drive compliance, and achieve targets.

  • Review weekly service paperwork from Servicemax Excel Reports
  • Complete verification templates and attach them to work orders
  • Update verification trackers with results
  • Participate in verification meetings with operational teams
  • Engage with technicians to promote best practices in compliance
  • Aim to meet verification compliance targets

Who we look for

  • Relevant industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in verification and compliance
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Proactive approach to process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to influence change and drive improvements
