Technical Coordinator

We have a new opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our team within Vistry East Yorkshire, at our Leeds office. As our Technical Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the technical department, reporting to the Design Manager.

The technical arm of our regional technical team is responsible for establishing the design of a new development, from site layouts to house type designs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all technical aspects are addressed during the development process.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of technical information for planning applications.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
3. Review and approve design drawings and technical submissions.
4. Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
5. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in a technical coordination role within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of building regulations and design standards.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
