Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading contractor who are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join the legacy works team. The GBP1 Billion turnover contractor are expanding the team as they take on more work in a prevalent part of today's market. The technical coordinator will look after schemes across London and required to be office based when not travelling to sites. You will be joining a growing team and given the opportunity to developer within the residential contracting market.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget
• Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design
• Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant s detail design drawings and subcontractor designs
• Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard
• Ensuring that designs comply with Company s standards
• Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints

Salary & Package:

• GBP55,000 - GBP65,000
