Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Coordinator will oversee and control the detailed design process for residential development projects, from planning approval through to completion. Working closely with Design Consultants, statutory authorities, and internal departments, this role is central to ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, buildability requirements, and company specifications.
