Job description

Technical Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 plus package

Location: North London

Region: London

Award winning developer who build out bespoke design properties urgently require a Technical coordinator/design coordinator to work from their busy growing office.

The Developer are entrepreneurial, opportunistic and deliver high quality houses in the South East.

The role is for a technical coordinator and the successful candidate will be required to assist the Technical Manager in managing the architects and consultants to ensure the designs are deliverable and liaise with the construction teams to ensure the product is being built in accordance with the designs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Technical Coordinator to make the step up or a seasoned Technical coordinator to join a fast moving entrepreneurial business that has a track record for looking after their staff and having a low staff turnover.
