Role: Technical Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Technical Manager

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus car or car allowance and annual bonus

Working for: Multiple award-winning developer with a 5* customer HBF rating

Excellent pipeline of work

Development location: South West region (multiple sites)

Working arrangements: Flexible working on offer between home, office and sites across South West

Technical Coordinator - About the role:

Working in the technical team to assist, and with experience, lead on the management of the planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion.

Technical Coordinator - About you:
  • 2 years minimum relevant experience working for a regional or national developer, main contractor or a related consultancy
  • Demonstrable track record in residential development
  • A working knowledge of houses and apartment construction, building regs, NHBC requirements etc
  • Ability to drive a consultant team to achieve the deadlines required whilst not compromising on quality
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
  • Good Technical knowledge of house construction
  • Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role with a residential developer
  • Good knowledge of the NHBC and Building Regulations
  • A keen willingness to learn and retain information
