  • Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines.
  • Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites.
  • Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering technical experience, preferably from an architectural consultancy or developer background.
  • Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector.
  • Familiarity with fire remediation projects.
  • Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
  • Proficient in IT skills.
