Job description

· Support in daily office duties and document control

· Distributing documents to appropriate teams and team leaders

· Helping to organise travel and confirming bookings and arrangements

· Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms and minute taking

· General administrative duties including mailbox management, meeting scheduling, and diary management

As a Technical Coordinator within Walney Airfield, you'll join a well-established team known for strong working relationships and a passion for delivering excellence. This team manages the private airfield for BAE and assists in organising and ensuring the smooth running of business-related travel for key stakeholders. Your role will support the business in effective operations and project progression.

· Solid experience working with Excel spreadsheets (formulas) to support budget management and data analysis

· Previous office experience

· Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and internal/external stakeholders

Desirable:

· Level 3 Business Administration Qualification
