What you'll be doing

As Technical Controller, you'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure manufacturing operations meet technical, quality, hygiene, and process standards, complying with customer, group, and legal requirements.

• Provide leadership to engage, develop, and enable employees to reach their potential.
• Contribute to the BU/MU Executive team to align food safety and quality systems with operational goals.
• Ensure technical governance and audit compliance across teams.
• Act as a senior interface with customers for joint business planning and service delivery.
• Create and execute an integrated business plan for technical and hygiene processes.
• Promote technical improvements for legal compliance and competitive advantage.
• Manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems for audit readiness and decision support.
• Ensure technical team capability for food safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with SHE policies.

• Degree-level qualification
