Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Technical Contract Manager for a prestigious central London site, reporting to senior facilities leadership. You will ensure high standards of technical and service operations, manage KPIs and SLAs, and oversee H&S, environment, quality procedures and staff development on site.

You will work closely with the client, manage maintenance contractors, deliver projects on time and on budget, and maintain strong client relationships across the contract.

Qualifications

• Qualified in engineering discipline (C&G, HNC, HND or higher).
• Strong technical engineering understanding.
• Experience managing large engineering teams.
• Experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all staff and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the client to ensure the desired level of service is achieved.
• Manage and work alongside the appointed maintenance contractors.
• Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.
• Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
• Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
• Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals.
• Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
• Management of all reports.
• Responsible for the permit system.

One of the UK's leading service providers is currently looking to recruit a Technical Contract Manager to work on one of their longest standing and most prestigious contracts; a high profile law firm in the city of London. As a company, they manage properties for a number of well known commercial clients and are considered one of the best in their field.

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all technical and service operations across the buildings are maintained to a very high standard.

There will also be a high level of responsibility with regards to compliance, technical systems and contractor management across the contracts.

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of managing P&L and must also have a good technical understanding.
