What you'll do:
- Create whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and other technical documentation
- Translate complex product requirements documents into clear content for a variety of audiences
- Gather and validate technical information with SMEs, product strategists, and key stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- At least three years of experience in technical content creation, particularly ebooks and whitepapers
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of observability/cloud monitoring - advantage
- Strong creative writing, editing, and research skills
- Experience working alongside designers to facilitate the creation of supplemental illustrations - advantage
