Evervault in London is hiring a storyteller to turn customer insights into compelling content across blogs, reports, courses, and community.

You’ll collaborate with product marketing, content, and design, guided by our CEO, to show customers how to get the most from Evervault.

This role blends interviewing, writing, and creative formats—from workshops to video modules—to deepen understanding of customer models and usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in product, product marketing, or technical writing.
• Technical competence with CS or engineering background.
• Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
• Thinks like a journalist and asks insightful questions.
• Creative storyteller able to adapt to formats like blogs, videos, and workshops.

Responsabilités

• Interview customers to identify compelling stories.
• Collaborate with customer success and solutions engineering to understand segments.
• Bridge customer needs with product/engineering to demonstrate value.
• Create blogs, social posts, and explore new formats like workshops or videos.
• Build benchmark tools using payment data to inform storytelling.
