As a Technical Consultant you'll combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution design through to implementation, training and ongoing success.
Collaborating with customers, partners, Product Management and Engineering teams, you will lead technical workshops, proof of concepts, architecture discussions and product demonstrations, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer needs and delivered to the highest standard. You'll become a subject matter expert across the product portfolio, providing technical guidance during the sales process while helping customers realise long term value from their investment.
This is a highly collaborative and influential role, offering the opportunity to shape product direction by feeding customer insights back into Engineering and Product teams. You'll also support partner enablement, deliver technical training, identify new business opportunities and play a key role in driving product adoption and market growth.
You'll be primarily working from home but must be flexible to travel to client sites, mainly London and M4 corridor although sometimes further afield.
