Job summary

Reply Ltd is seeking a delivery-focused consultant to support business technology initiatives in a hybrid role based in London or Manchester. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and shape high-level designs across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with delivery teams, support sprint planning, and ensure governance and security considerations are baked in.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or solution delivery; Microsoft certifications desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured functional requirements and delivery artefacts.
• Experience contributing to high-level solution design considering UX, security, and governance.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities
