Summary:

iSoftStone North America is seeking a skilled and result-driven Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM—specifically within Customer Service and Sales Hub modules. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end solutions, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM applications for our clients, including system integration with third-party systems. You will collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service and Sales Hub modules.
    • Design and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations based on client needs.
    • Develop solutions to automate business processes, enhance workflows, and improve CRM functionalities.
  2. Customization & Configuration:
    • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet client-specific requirements.
    • Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and custom entities within Dynamics 365.
    • Implement and optimize dashboards, reports, and Power BI integrations to enhance decision-making.
  3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide ongoing technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring smooth operation and prompt resolution of issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM configurations, integrations, and data integrity.
  4. Integration and Data Migration:
    • Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.) using APIs, data connectors, and third-party tools.
    • Lead or assist in data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during CRM transitions.
  5. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Provide end-user training on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities, best practices, and new features.
    • Share knowledge and provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.
  6. Project Delivery and Documentation:
    • Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and the overall delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
    • Ensure all technical documentation is complete, up-to-date, and understandable by both technical and business users.
    • Stay current with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM, including new features, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer recommendations based on client needs.
Qualifications:
  1. Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Service and Sales Hub modules.
  2. Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure.
  3. Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize business processes using Dynamics 365 CRM.
  4. Experience with system integrations and data migration projects involving Dynamics 365 CRM.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  6. Experience presenting requirements and findings in professional settings (design reviews, code reviews, scrum standups, demonstrations).
  7. Previous experience coding for multi-tiered applications and microservice architectures.
  8. Experience in training and mentoring on technical skills.
Preferred Requirements:
  1. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM (e.g., Customer Service, Sales Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred.
  2. Experience as a dev lead or architect, especially for a Dynamics 365-focused team.
  3. Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps.

Primary Location Pay Range: $80 - $90/hr
