Job Description
The Technical Configuration Analyst will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our software solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, leveraging your SQL and database expertise to deliver accurate and efficient results. This position requires a proactive, analytical individual with a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for problem-solving.
Your contribution
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze configuration requirements.
- Configuring and customizing software solutions to align with client specifications and business processes.
- Utilizing SQL and database management skills to query, analyze, and manipulate data for system configurations and testing.
- Conducting system testing to ensure configurations meet requirements and maintain high quality standards.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Documenting configuration changes, workflows, and processes to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Assisting in the migration of customer data during system onboarding or upgrades.
- Staying informed of industry trends, particularly in the UK lending market, to offer insights and improvements to the system configuration process.

- Experience in the UK lending market or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of financial systems and workflows, particularly loan origination or loan management
- platforms.
- Familiarity with integration processes using APIs.
