A prominent gaming company in Leeds is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to lead the compliance operations for in-house content development in the online casino sector. You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards across various markets, manage a team of specialists, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Flutter Studios is a newly established business unit in the group with a vision to bring value for all group brands that operate an online casino via the development and distribution of in-house and exclusive gaming content. Flutter Studios consists of colleagues across various functions including three game development studios which collectively boast several decades of experience in real money online casino game design and development.
The Technical Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role within Flutter Studios Team to develop in-house content development, ensuring its compliance with regulatory standards, and its distribution to a wide array of Flutter Brand partners, including FanDuel, Paddy Power, Sky Betting and Gaming, Sisal, Betfair, Adjarabet, and PokerStars, spanning multiple markets and jurisdictions.
This role will lead a team of regulatory and compliance operations specialists to help navigate the highly complex regulatory environments that Flutter Studios operates in, including the USA, Italy, the UK, Ireland and further jurisdictions. The role will ensure that the games and platform can be certified globally by considering local requirements, including the development and understanding of regulatory requirements for a Remote Gaming Server (RGS) and our wider platform aspirations from low level detail to high level certification processes.
The Technical Compliance Manager will have a strong level of experience with the Casino regulatory environment, and will develop and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders, to include certification labs and regulators themselves
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
