  • Work with platforms like Sedex and SIZA to maintain ethical sourcing visibility.
  • Upload and organise technical data across internal and customer systems.
Health & Safety Coordination
  • Conduct risk assessments and support emergency procedure updates.
  • Monitor and replenish First Aid stock.
  • Perform display screen (VDU) assessments and maintain compliance with site policies.
Additional Projects
  • Contribute to living wage data collection.
  • Assist with benchmarking activities and store visits.
  • Engage with sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
What we're looking for:
  • Interest or experience in food/fresh produce is a plus.
  • Good communicator - written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • A natural problem solver who works well independently and in a team.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • This is an entry level role and would suit a school leaver.
  • Minimum 2 years further education post-GCSE.
  • Some knowledge of food safety, compliance or H&S desirable.
  • You must be eligible for a Level 4 apprenticeship (training provided alongside the role).
  • Full driving licence and car.
The Offer:
  • £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
  • 40 hours/week | Monday - Friday (weekend work on a rota).
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme: 3% employer / 5% employee (auto-enrol after 3 months).
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • 1-month notice period post-probation.
