About the role: Due to the complex and evolving nature of iGaming regulations, we seek a candidate with a global mindset and flexibility. You will need to view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: client, regulator, functional, security, operational, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
2. Identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks.
3. Write business requirements based on legislation analysis, submit via the Features process, and support as needed.
4. Support Delivery and Product Managers to establish compliant solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal and client-side teams, including product development, legal, and compliance, to ensure regulatory alignment.
6. Document compliance features for different markets and maintain this knowledge base.
7. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, violations, and breaches.
8. Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards, advising the company on necessary adjustments.
9. Provide compliance training and support to staff.
10. Maintain records of compliance activities and findings.
11. Work with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
12. Contribute technical compliance information for tenders.
13. Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming or gambling industry.
3. Experience with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
4. Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
5. Ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identify gaps.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Jira.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong project management and organizational skills.
9. Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

1. Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
2. Knowledge of risk management and audit processes.
3. Understanding of current trends and technologies in iGaming.
