About the role: Due to the complex and evolving nature of iGaming regulations, we seek a candidate with a global mindset and flexibility. You will need to view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: client, regulator, functional, security, operational, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks.
- Write business requirements based on legislation analysis, submit via the Features process, and support as needed.
- Support Delivery and Product Managers to establish compliant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and client-side teams, including product development, legal, and compliance, to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Document compliance features for different markets and maintain this knowledge base.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, violations, and breaches.
- Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards, advising the company on necessary adjustments.
- Provide compliance training and support to staff.
- Maintain records of compliance activities and findings.
- Work with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Contribute technical compliance information for tenders.
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Experience with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identify gaps.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.
Preferred Skills:
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Knowledge of risk management and audit processes.
- Understanding of current trends and technologies in iGaming.
