Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all technical elements of residential sites
Liaise with consultants across civils, engineering, RC foundations, services, and drainage
Manage and review incoming information and drawings (CAD understanding essential; drawing ability not required)
Ensure smooth handover and coordination between external consultants, internal teams, and site operations
Play a key role in pre-construction and planning stages
Hybrid working with genuine flexibility
Clear route to Pre-Commencement Manager
Competitive salary – flexible up to £60,000 depending on experience
10% annual bonus
Car allowance with unlimited vehicle choice post-probation
A supportive technical team within an office of 30–50 staff
