Are you an experienced Technical Co-ordinator or Engineer looking to step into a role with real autonomy, long-term progression, and hybrid flexibility?

We’re working with a well-backed, fast-growing residential developer with exciting expansion plans across the South West. With a strong presence in Devon and Cornwall, they are now looking to appoint a Technical Co-ordinator to support their continued growth and delivery of high-quality schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all technical elements of residential sites

  • Liaise with consultants across civils, engineering, RC foundations, services, and drainage

  • Manage and review incoming information and drawings (CAD understanding essential; drawing ability not required)

  • Ensure smooth handover and coordination between external consultants, internal teams, and site operations

  • Play a key role in pre-construction and planning stages
