Job summary

intro, a fast-growing B2B FinTech, is seeking a Technical Client Implementation Manager in London to own complex client implementations end-to-end—from contract signature and technical discovery through integration, UAT, go-live and transition into BAU.

You’ll act as the technical face of delivery, collaborating with client architects, integration engineers and senior stakeholders, while building governance, RAID management and scalable delivery playbooks across international deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical implementations within banking/FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Track record working with large financial institutions or regulated enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of API-led integrations and ability to review technical documentation
• Experience working with Product Owners, Software Engineers and Architects.
• Ability to manage several complex implementations simultaneously.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve reporting, documentation or delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client implementations from contract signature through integration, UAT, go-live and transition into BAU.
• Act as the technical face of the delivery function, collaborating with client architects, integration engineers, technology leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Establish governance across implementations, including RAID management, delivery planning, scope/change control, status reporting and escalation.
• Work with Product and Engineering to review and shape technical requirements and documentation.
• Help create and evolve implementation playbooks, governance processes and delivery frameworks as the business scales internationally.
