Job summary

Apply Recruitment is seeking a Client Support Manager for a growing Banking Technology FinTech, offering mostly remote working with occasional days in the office throughout the year. You will bridge customers and internal technical teams, owning complex incidents from investigation to resolution and coordinating with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Client-facing Application, Technical or Service Support background.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally Financial Services.
• Experience with ticket systems (Jira).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Incident management experience with SLAs.
• Analytical problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer incidents from initial investigation to resolution.
• Coordinate investigations across Product, Engineering and Infrastructure.
• Review customer information and challenge where needed to gather details.
• Analyse reports and support data to identify trends and issues.
