Job Role: Technical Cleaning Operative (Window cleaner)

Location: High Wycombe (HP13)

Job type: Permanent, Part Time

Contracted: 22 hours, any 5 days out of 7, overtime available

Salary: £13.00 per hour

The Role

As a Technical Cleaning Operative (Window cleaner), you will be responsible for ensuring windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards across various locations. This includes internal and external window cleaning, high-level cleaning using appropriate equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment in line with company and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning internal and external windows, glass partitions, and facades.
• Performing high-level cleaning using ladders, poles, or access equipment.
• Ensuring safe use of cleaning tools, equipment, and materials.
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times, especially when working at height.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to management.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to clients and site staff.

Essential Requirements

• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be willing to have the Level 2 Police Clearance, which will be paid for by the company.
• Valid driver’s license (category B) and a willingness to travel is essential to this role.
