Technical Claims Manager – Financial Lines

We are seeking a Technical Claims Manager with experience in Financial Lines claims and managing corporate client relationships to join our team. This role involves handling Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, or Financial Institutions claims, based within our Financial Lines Technical Claims team reporting to the Technical Lead.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Financial Lines claims according to company standards and best practices.
• Contributing to the team’s financial results and claim philosophy.
• Mentoring and coaching team members as the role develops.

Skills and experience required:

• Extensive claims handling experience in London Market PI, D&O, or FI.
• Knowledge of claims handling, quality assurance, fraud, and legislation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial approach.
• Qualifications such as ACII, CILA, or private practice legal experience are preferred.
