Job description

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Technical Cardiology Services Lead to oversee our diagnostic team. Main duties of the job

The post involves providing clinical and operational leadership across all areas of Technical Cardiology, including Echocardiography, Invasive, and Ambulatory services. You will support departmental leads in delivering comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective services. Oversight of diagnostic performance using standards, developing mitigation plans for underperformance, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion are key responsibilities. The role also includes HR management, project leadership, financial analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
