Job summary

Credera is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a solid grounding in data to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. This permanent role, based in our London office, sits in our Managing Consultant practice and involves a flexible hybrid model with three onsite days per week at client locations or local offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience bridging business needs to technical delivery.
• Experience with data platforms, data flows and data modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration tooling (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Relevant certifications (BCS/ISEB, Scrum, SAFe, CDMP) are a plus.
• Active SC clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements to support delivery of technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
• Analyse current state processes, systems, and data flows to aid target state design.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Ensure requirements traceability, support testing activities, and act as interface between business and technology teams.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
