Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow. They operate a remote-first policy with ad hoc client site visits, averaging 1-2 visits per month, which can vary.

They are seeking two Technical Business Analyst Consultants to join a rapidly growing team. The role involves working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy. The budget is up to £55,000 plus full benefits.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical documentation
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas, data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and deployment
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritise an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Willingness to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall
• Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Developers

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors including Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal operations such as recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centred Design, etc.
