Job Description:

Our client, a major insurer, is urgently seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Cloud Platform experience to support a critical program. The role involves working with Cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure Cloud Platform (ACP), within Agile product and platform teams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on Cloud Platforms
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, especially GCP and Azure
• Experience with Agile teams, particularly in technical environments
• Familiarity with customer onboarding processes in Cloud contexts
• Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost management
• Strong documentation skills, e.g., in Confluence
• Ability to support and coordinate implementation of changes across teams
• Facilitation skills for workshops and cross-team discussions
• Flexibility for a hybrid working model

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Insurance or Financial Services
• Immediate availability
