Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is recruiting an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a Data Warehouse project in the UK. You will gather, analyse and document requirements, map complex data flows and support design across finance reporting systems. The role involves stakeholder workshops, data integration, and ensuring acceptance criteria for testing and UAT.

The contract is 4 months, remote within the UK, with focus on data warehousing and financial reporting improvements.

Technical Business Analyst – Data Warehouse

4-Month Contract

Remote – UK

SystemsAccountants is working with a leading UK organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst – Data Warehouse to support a major finance transformation programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting requirements for a new data warehouse solution, enabling complex financial reporting across multiple systems.

Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects and Business Intelligence teams, you will help define the requirements and support the design of a solution that meets the organisation's reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate and prioritise functional, technical, data and non-functional requirements.
• Review existing financial reporting requirements and identify data sources, business rules and reporting dependencies.
• Map and analyse complex data flows, transformations and integrations.

• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within agreed timescales.
• Experience working on complex financial reporting projects.
• Finance transformation or financial systems experience.
• Experience working with Finance stakeholders.
