Harrington Starr is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our private markets practice in London. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and product, translating investment requirements into actionable delivery across the full project lifecycle.

We are looking for hands-on experience with capital markets workflows, strong Python/SQL skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing workflows within a private markets environment.
• Track record of managing fast-paced, cross-functional teams with exposure to systems design for alternative assets.
• Experience as a Technical BA, Project Manager or similar, with a clear capital markets focus.
• Demonstrable delivery across the full SDLC in relevant projects.

Technical Business Analyst – Private Markets

A strong opportunity to join a well-established financial services firm operating in private markets, based in London, working alongside their investment management team as a Technical Business Analyst.

This role spans front, middle and back-office functions, with room to lead change across a live portfolio of investments. The successful candidate will sit across business, technology and product, translating investment needs into practical delivery. Prior hands-on implementation experience within capital markets is preferred.

What our client is looking for:

• Hands-on experience implementing workflows within a private markets environment.
