This pivotal role will interface between technology solutions and business needs, focusing on developing technologies that promote a safer, cleaner, and healthier future.

• Drive the definition and development of digital solutions to meet the strategic needs of the business.
• Serve as the technical and functional expert, ensuring that solutions align effectively with business objectives and technology standards.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, developing use cases, user stories, and test cases to demonstrate the potential impacts of new solutions.
• Provide consultation to stakeholders on the adoption of new technologies and support the integration of these solutions across business processes.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing, document business processes, and support change management and training initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis, specifically in configuring and customizing systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for candidates who have DevOps experience.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.
