Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to define and align strategic business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and project plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and technical teams to maintain alignment and focus.
• Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices within business analysis processes.
• Mentor junior business analysts and actively contribute to team growth and capability development.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role within the tech industry (or a similar environment).
• A 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background, including A-levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of ABB—ideally with an A in Mathematics.
• A creative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning
