• Integrate platforms and systems within a Fashion Retail & eCommerce environment, including MuleSoft.

• Translate business problems and user needs into detailed, best practice-aligned requirements.

• Model processes to identify potential improvements, considering risks, issues, and benefits.

• Conduct client workshops, project meetings, and working groups.

• Perform field mapping exercises for target to source systems.

• Support multiple applications/projects, focusing on technology-related initiatives.

• Participate in the analysis and design of business processes, training development, and deployment planning.

• Present and evaluate end-user capabilities and conduct competitive analysis.

• Interact with end-user team members to complete project activities and deliverables.

• Conduct complex studies on automation techniques across functional areas.

Experience:

• Solid experience with POS systems is a must.
