Job Description

Salary: £53,000 - £58,000 per annum + Company car + Discretionary bonus of up to 10%

Working Location: England-based – 2 days a week required in our Milton Keynes office.

Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent

What you’ll be doing

• Developing bespoke, flexible strategies for investigations, cost assessments, and remediation works.
• Investigating building defects and damage to determine causation.
• Managing the timely delivery and procurement of specialist consultants and remediation work contractors.
• Providing technical support and assistance.
• Checking contract documentation and responsibilities such as CDM, H&S, and Party Wall Act requirements have been considered and met.

The ideal candidate will have

• Good understanding of traditional and modern methods of construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and driven, with the ability to achieve results.
• Working knowledge of CDM and general H&S principles.
• Ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.
