The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise applications and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements across departments.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle ERP with Azure services and third-party systems.
  
• Analyze data flow between systems and support data mapping for integration projects.
  
• Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes and enhancements.
  
• Leverage Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and analysis where applicable.
  
• Participate in testing, UAT, and validation of integrated solutions.
  
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules and Fusion Cloud applications.
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory).
  
• Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and intermediate-level Python scripting.
  
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
