Product Information Technical Author / Writer

UK Remote - you must be based in the UK, no sponsorship, or relocation to the UK

upto £45k plus benefits on a 2 year fixed term contract

TrueNorth are working with a SAAS fintech who are looking for a Technical Author / Writer who can come in and redesign and rewrite their external user knowledge base / content from the ground up.

You'll work closely with Product Managers to understand the content and information needed with a view to creating a clear and consistent set of content that is coherent and meets quality standards across the business.

The key experience required:

• Experience of having designed and written user content previously
• SAAS / Software domain knowledge
• Finance or accounting domain knowledge
• Exceptional communication both verbal and written
• A portfolio of work you can share

The role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the UK - there might be the very occasional visit to the North East (2x per year), which if so, will be fully paid for by the company.

The salary we have is up to £45k for this position plus benefits. It is being recruited on a 2 year fixed term contract - if you dont know what that is, it's the same as a permanent role in terms of salary, benefits, treatment etc, the difference is the role will have an end date.
