As a member of the new Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) Operations Management (OM) central audit governance team, you will collaborate with ITIL service management SMEs to create robust audit-related documentation to support the timely closure of internal and external/regulatory findings.

You will leverage your advanced documentation skills to articulate and evidence the work completed, satisfying internal risk management scrutiny and demonstrating to auditors and regulators that findings have been remediated.

You will be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of the documentation’s lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT service management process owners and SMEs to create robust documentation supporting the closure of audit findings
  • Determine the artifacts required to evidence remediation and create/manage plans to produce them timely
  • Track artifact production and ensure deadlines are met
  • Review artifacts for quality
  • Own the documentation lifecycle, including authoring, eliciting information, version control, evidence securing, and approvals
  • Help establish and improve the audit activity management framework

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in writing formal process documentation for IT functions that withstand audit scrutiny
  • Ability to objectively scrutinize documentation for gaps and risks
  • Ability to understand technical information quickly and communicate effectively
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Project management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands
  • Basic understanding of risk frameworks and banking regulations
