An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented documentation specialist to create and enhance technical materials for the rail industry. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce high-quality audits, assessments, and guidance notes. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that documentation is accessible and meets industry standards while also engaging in innovative content creation, including blogs and e-learning materials. The purpose of the role is the creation of assessment, audit, guidance notes, blogs, training course content and supporting launch communications and channels (with our Marketing Team) that assists the supplier assurance team, their clients and their products and services offered into the rail industry.
You will be responsible for converting concept into reality, and updating older products, by working effectively with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, collaboration groups and partners with the support of Supplier Assurance team and the wider RSSB under the guidance of the Product Development Manager.
